The world of commercial real estate is adapting fast and podcasts are a great way of staying up to date with the latest industry developments and trends. Here at Incube we have collated a list of podcasts that we’ve been listening to recently and think are useful for the CRE community,
So without further ado, here are our current favourite commercial real estate and PropTech podcasts in January 2021. We’ll be updating this list periodically so do let us know of any other podcasts you’re listening to which you’d recommend and we’ll add it to our playlists!
The Propcast Podcast

The Propcast is hosted by Louisa Dickins, Co-Founder of LMRE, a leading PropTech recruitment firm in London. The Podcast is in partnership with the UK PropTech Association which is a membership organisation to drive the digital transformation of the property industry. The Propcast focuses on connecting PropTechs, real estate funds and VC’s globally to get everyone talking about innovation in the built environment.

Caleb hosts what is billed as the only podcast in the world dedicated to the future asset class called Space-as-a-Service (SPaaS). The WorkBold Podcast is spread into seasons (finished season 3 in November 2020) and covers interviews with leading players in the world of commercial real estate that are looking at the future of the office and how models are changing.
EG Property Podcasts and Tech Talk Radio
Host: Emily Wright, Samantha McClary and various
You have 2 in 1 here from EG, a leading publisher for news, analysis, comment and interviews in the UK property industry. The EG Property podcast covers just that with a varied range of news, analysis and the odd interview covering the UK property industry by a range of commentators. Tech Talk Radio is hosted by Estates Gazette editors, Emily Wright and Samantha McClary, and focusses more on the latest technology insights and discussions around how technology and how it can impact the future of commercial real estate. tech Talk Radio follows the typically podcast format a bit more and provides enjoyable insights and discussions.

PropertyShe is hosted by Mishcon de Reya Partner, Susan Freeman. The podcast is in association with the London Real Estate Forum and we get to hear from a range of personalities that influence the world of commercial real estate. Podcasts are released roughly once a month and offer insights from a wider range of roles and companies that impact the industry.

PlaceTech is another media company covering the latest news and events in the world of commercial real estate and PropTech. Hosted by editor Paul Unger, the PlaceTech podcast is a series of interviews with players in the built environment exposing listeners to what companies are doing as they attempt to stay ahead in the industry.
The PropTech VC Podcast
Host: Zain Jaffer
The PropTech VC podcast hosted by Zain Jaffer, a prominent real estate investor & VC in PropTech. The PropTech VC interviews entrepreneurs, investors & senior executives to shed a light on new innovations and trends coming to market from the PropTech space. The episodes are short, punchy and regular meaning you can incorporate them into your regular day. Episodes cover a range of topics for different audiences within the commercial real estate industry, and with the regularity of content, there is generally always something for everyone whether you are a PropTech founder, a real estate investor or listening from the landlord or occupier perspective.
